Rental Documents for New Customers
For your convenience, our New Customer documents are in PDF format. You can either fill them out online and submit them automatically, or you can download a form to your computer, fill it out and send it as an email attachment.
To Complete the Form Online and Submit Automatically:
- Select it: Click the desired link below to open the form. If the form is not fillable or you can’t see the “submit” button, check the instructions for your browser here.
- Fill it out and sign it: Complete the form, then digitally sign or type in your name where requested.
- Send it: Click on the “submit” button, choose either “Default Email Application” (your email program) or “Webmail” (your internet-based email, such a Gmail) and it will be automatically emailed to Palm Beach Flight Training.
- If you are using a smartphone or tablet: Copy the PDF form to your Adobe Reader app (you can download the app for free for both Apple and Android devices) and complete, sign, and send.
To Download the Form and Complete it on Your Computer:
- Select it: Click the desired link to open the form.
- Download it: Save the document to your computer desktop, or whatever location you choose.
- Fill it out and sign it: Complete the form, digitally sign or type in your name where requested, then save it.
- Send it: Open your email program, open a new message addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org, attach the PDF form you just completed, and send it.
Please Note: If for any reason you choose to use regular mail, you can always fill out the form by hand and mail it to Palm Beach Flight Training, 2633 Lantana Road #1102, Lantana, FL 33462.
(Or you can just fill out the forms and bring them in to the office!)
